Job Description

Seattle is a city with lush greenery and lakes.

this Edomae-Style sushi restaurant is well-loved.
Utilizing fresh ingredients that can only be obtained locally,
this restaurant has been offering authentic sushi to its customers for over 20 years.

· Opening and closing operations
· Food ingredient management, orders
· Preparation before opening, charging (about 4 hours)
· Remember recipes for all items on the the Grand Menu
· Interacting with customers at the sushi counter

Requirements & Notes

· Interview: 3 to 4 appointments

* Depending on your career and work background, it is divided into Exempt Employee and Non-Exempt Employee.

Holidays

· Working for 5 days a week, about 55 hours · Holidays: New Year's (1/1), Memorial Day (last Monday in May), Independence Day (7/4), Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day (December 25) · After working for one year, give a leave of absence (In the case of a long vacation, salary will be paid even if the shop is closed)

Requirements

· Japanese-style Japanese or sushi chef with 7 years work experience · Fish knowledge and handling skill · Japanese language level: Native · Can manage hygiene and sanitation · Can manage ingredient stock inventory · Shift management · Cost control · Can work 4~5 hours of prep with 6~7 hours of service · Team player · Communication skills We are looking for one chef.
