Work at the Tsukiji market in Hong Kong which opened in October 2016. All suppliers are Tsukiji in Japan.
We provide fresh, delicious Japanese Tsukiji brand to Hong Kong people!

【Job details 】
You will be responsible for one of the following:
· Sushi counter (standing seat × 70 people)
· Seafood counter (standing seat × 70 people)
· Seafood bowl, eel bow counter (seating × 36 people)
· Furnace Burning Counter (Seating × 27 Persons)
· Take-away counters (sales only)

☆ Preferential treatment for those who possess tuna cutting skills! ☆
☆ Salary would be above 3000 HKD ☆

Working days: 6 days a week Working hours: 12 hours (from 10 am to 10 pm) Allowed to take breaks when the restaurant is not busy. Year / holiday: 10 days paid holidays + 14 days of compensatory holidays

Requirements

Sushi Cuisine, Those who can cook fish · 6+ years of practical experience · Cooking license * Those who can cut tuna are welcome!
