Job Description

A new restaurant scheduled to be opened in China Element Mall in Kowloon (2017.10 open)
It is a restaurant offering sushi and Japanese food.

«Deputy Head chef» wanted!

[Main job contents]
· Cooking in general
· Support of the head chef (management of the kitchen including cooking overall, purchase, inventory management etc)
· Report to the head chef on cuisine etc.
· Assisting chef's menu development
· General business related to kitchen
· Management of staff in the absence of head chef
