Job Description

*First Overseas Establishment* [Head Chef]

Main responsibility includes preparation of kushikatsu and kushiage.
You will be working as the head chef at our Japanese chain's first restaurant in Hong Kong.
We do not currently have a chef specialized in Japanese cuisine, and are looking to hire someone who possesses such skills to our team.
At our restaurant, we have a Japanese MD and a director from Hong Kong, as well as four members in our kitchen staff who youwill be working with.

We specialize in both kushiyaki and kushiage.
(We are a top-class restaurant, where the average cost per customer is roughly 300~400HKD)

Offers Visa support, three month trial period
