[China - Guangzhou] Co-owner of a long-established Japanese sake brewery! We are looking to hire a front of house manager at our newly opened top-class Japanese restaurant!

Japanese brewery with a long-established history of over 180 years has now taken on new co-owners within China, resulting in the opening of a top-class Japanese restaurant where people can enjoy traditional Japanese sake and cuisine in Guangzhou City of the Guangdong Province in China!

The restaurant’s interior is currently receiving its finishing touches, and we will be prepared to open in the Fall of 2018♪♪

We are looking to hire a [Front of House Manager]!

Our restaurant, located in a skyscraper in Guangzhou, can seat between 100~120 guests.
The kitchen team consists of our Japanese head chef, and then our local staff of 15~20 members.

As a Front of House manager, you will oversee customer interactions as well as manage and train our 20 on-site staff members.

Your other specific duties will include:
・Welcoming our foreign customers in Japanese and/or English
・Training, managing, and writing reports on our staff
・Our current staff will handle interactions with local customers in Chinese
