Job Description

◆This position will be responsible for our new restaurant in Bangkok, Thailand! We plan to open in the Takashimaya department store this October!
We are looking to hire a teppanyaki chef to prepare course meals that run between 8,000 to 10,000 JPY, and someone who can manage a staff of about 30 team members!

• Teppanyaki Chef
• Buying/Purchasing Management
• Menu Creation
• Management of Local Staff
• Restaurant Management
