Hiring a cooking teacher for a Washoku course at a top level cooking school in Suzhou, China.

This school established in the 1990s, specialized in courses on cooking, western cuisine, and Japanese confections.
After 20 years in operation, the school has around 20 cooking facilities, and 80 specialized cooking classrooms.

Until now, they have offered short-term courses (a few weeks to a month),
but now they are offered a long-term (year-long) course,
and are looking to hire someone to teach it.

Job Description：

・Creation of lesson plans; development of Japanese cuisine menu：
　You will create and implement specific lesson plans for the course.
　You will also create test meals/recipes for the school staff for approval.

・Quality Assurance and Sanitation：Quality assurance for all appliances/ingredients to be used in class; sanitation

・School Planning：preparing the classroom, preparing lesson materials, guiding students.
　Japanese business education will also be incorporated.

・Work-travel throughout China, based on circumstances：
　As we have many facilities, you may be asked to visit others on work outside of Suzhou.
