・Hours of Operation：11:00〜23:00 ・Closed Hours：15:00〜18:00 ・Daily Working Hours：About 10 hours ・Monthly Time Off：6 Days ・Other Paid Time Off：7 days for first year, with one day added with each year of employment to a maximum of 14 days ・Open year-round aside from the end/beginning of the year

Requirements

＜Skills＞ ・10 or more years experience as a Washoku chef, for visa application purposes ・Can prepare, filet, and cook fish ＜Desired Traits＞ ・Able to make decisions on the fly and carry out work with speed ・Energetic and flexible ・Open-minded, comfortable interacting with a staff of diverse backgrounds ＜Other＞ ・Japanese: Native Level ・English/Chinese: N/A ・Desire to study English
