This 3-Michelin-Star restaurant is opening up a sushi restaurant, and is looking for a sushi chef.

After gaining 2 Michelin Stars in one year, opening in 2013, this restaurant has earned 3-Michelin-Stars as it continues to succeed between 2014 and 2018.
They import ingredients from Toyosu each morning via plan, and offer a culturally authentic sushi experience.
You will work among the best of the best sushi chefs, creating sushi for our guests, who are familiar with what a high-end dining experience should be.

◆You will first undergo training at an affiliated location in Tokyo
After being hired, you will undergo training in Tokyo and learn about this restaurant's sushi philosophies as well as what it's like to work and live abroad.
When the training ends, you will relocate to Hong Kong.
There are 3 Japanese staff members there, so you will not need to know any other language skills.
The company will support you in your housing search, as well as other items involved with living abroad.
You will be able to work here both stably and comfortably.

You will prepare the most delectable sushi by hand each day using the best Japanese ingredients.
You will also work alongside top chefs who have earned stars under the Michelin Guide.

With this move, we also plan on offering Kappo.
As such, we are hiring chefs with Kappo experience.
