This year in October, he will be opening their first location.
In full, this project aims to open 3 locations within half a year♪

The company at hand already works within the food and beverage industry in Vietnam,
and now they are putting their efforts towards opening their first Japanese restaurant.

Hoping to attract the younger crowd of customers, they are creating a menu that uses eggs and cheese,
with the main feature of the Izakaya being Yakitori.

・Map out the central kitchen
・Plan menu development
・Design the Izakaya

They are looking to hire a candidate who not only has refined Yakitori and culinary skills,
but someone who can create dishes that are appealing to the younger crowd,
who has a strong sense for what works!

・1 location will seat about 100 guests
・Cost per customer: 2,700JPY ※ They are aiming for a price that is a tad higher than the average

・Mapping out the central kitchen and restaurant kitchen
・Preparation/Cooking in the central and open kitchens
・Training local staff
・Overall kitchen management
・Management of future locations
・Menu development, creation, etc.
