Job Description

Bangkok is at the center of tourism for Bangkok.
This sushi restaurant is located within a high-class area, even in Bangkok.
The fish used is flown in from Japan and prepared at the restaurant.
The counter seats 12 customers are there are also private rooms.
It is a restaurant where you can experience Japan even within Thailand.

Currently, they are hiring a young sushi chef to work under the Head Chef, who has bountiful experience.
Your main duties will be aligned with your experience. For example, if you have less experience, you will start with preparations and assisting the head chef as you gradually gain the skills required to be a full-fledged sushi chef.
We are looking for someone with a great desire to learn, as the head chef will be providing thorough guidance and training.

Requirements

【Skills】 ・5 years of experience as a sushi chef, or 5 years of experience at a high-class Japanese restaurant 【Language】 ・Japanese: Native ・English: N/A ・Thai: N/A ※As far as Thai is concerned, we are looking for somebody eager to learn Thai to be able to interact with the local customers 【Personality】 ・Someone who is sincere and works with a sense of responsibility ・Someone with a sense of respect for others, who desires to work as a team to further the restaurant
