Job Description

With over 50 domestic and 4 international locations (New York and Taiwan), this company has also received recognition from Michelin and B-Kyu Gourmet, and has widely expanded its market.

They are currently hiring for their upscale sushi restaurant in New York, America.
The cost per customer is about $300.

You will oversee all general kitchen duties:
・Culinary process
・Ingredient preparation
・Inventory management, etc.

Initially, you will mainly handle duties in the kitchen, but you may also be eligible to work as a head chef or store manager in our future opened locations. We would love to have more Washoku lovers working with us in New York and sharing great ideas.

Requirements & Notes

・After you are hired, you will undergo training in Japan for a few months until your visa is processed
・Hiring Process: Resume screening, three interviews (can be online depending on location)

Requirements

【Required】 ・Experience working at an upscale sushi restaurant ・Able to work long-term in New York ・Daily conversational English 【Preferable】 ・Experience making other types of Washoku aside from sushi
