This upscale sushi restaurant in a high-class area in Bangkok, Thailand, is expanding its business and opening a new restaurant of the same brand.
The project is proceeding along, with plans for the restaurant to open in around February or March of 2020.

This restaurant is located within a luxury area in Bangkok,
and uses fresh fish transported via air from Japan. You can see the chefs take this
fresh fish and prepare it in-house. It's a relaxed sushi restaurant where you can experience a bit of Japan even in Thailand.

At the current restaurant, the counter seats 12, and there are two private rooms, but the new restaurant will have eight counter seats with one private room.

They are looking to hire a Head Sushi Chef who will lead the way in the newly opened restaurant.
After learning the ins-and-outs from this restaurant's current location, you will begin working at the new location.
For a while, you will be asked to work two or three times a week at the current restaurant, and then three or four times a week at the new location.

As the Head Sushi Chef, you will:
・Handle preparations, general kitchen duties, etc.
・Prepare sushi at the counter and interact with customers
・Handle ordering
・Manage inventory
・Manage and train kitchen staff
And take the lead on other such duties.
