Job Description

【About our Company and Restaurants】
Our company operates various brands with the theme of \"creating unique and enjoyable stores\" and has approximately 300 restaurants nationwide. One of our brands, the eel specialty restaurant \"Hyorokutei,\" features six gourds, symbolizing good luck and good health. To preserve the original aroma and taste of eel, we employ the Kansai-style \"Jiyaki\" method, grilling without steaming, and offer nourishing meals with wishes for good health.

Having expanded mainly in Tokyo so far, our eel restaurants have gained popularity as places where people can casually enjoy eel. Now, we are excited to announce the opening of a new store this fall in the Fukaya Hanazono Premium Outlet. We are recruiting candidates for the position of Head Chef to join as part of the opening staff!

Our company has expertise in skill acquisition, so even those without prior experience with eel are welcome! Whether you want to leverage your past experience or build expertise in working with eel, we look forward to receiving applications from a diverse range of candidates.
