【About the Restaurant】
A Japanese cuisine restaurant directly managed by \"Inataya Honten,\" a sake brewery founded in 1673 in Tottori Prefecture. We provide locally sourced Tottori ingredients of the highest quality to complement our own sake. The unique feature is the availability of local ingredients that pair well with Tottori's local sake.

We are currently recruiting individuals who is ready-to-work chef to the Japanese cuisine preparation. The rotating cooking duties require flexibility and cooperation, making it suitable for those with these qualities. Experiences are not essential, but applicants with experiences are preferred.

Note: Stores 1-5 focus on Kaiseki-Style dining, while stores 6-8 are conceptualized as soba shops.

Income

Annual Salary: 3,250,000 yen to 4,800,000 yen

Holidays

【Working Hours / Weekly Working Days】 9:30 AM to 10:00 PM (Shift system) Includes a 2-hour break 8 days off per month Fixed overtime: 45 hours per month 【Days Off】 Based on Holidays of each Restaurant 【Leave】 Paid leave (10 days per year, granted after 6 months of employment) Varies based on length of service and prescribed working days Special leave Bereavement leave Childcare leave Maternity leave (for female employees)

Requirements

【Qualifications】 Experiences are not essential, but applicants with experiences are preferred. Those with experience in Japanese cuisine preparation will be given preference. Cooking license: Either is acceptable.
