Job Description

Our company is located in Malta, a European Mediterranean country. The people of Malta are cheerful, and you can experience the unique Mediterranean atmosphere.
The climate is warm throughout the year, and during the summer, it is less humid compared to Japan, making it comfortable to live in. There are many historical buildings domestically, so every day feels like a sightseeing adventure.

The owner of the company loves Japan and can communicate in Japanese. Additionally, the owner provides initial visa support, no need to worry about it.
Zen is one of the top-ranked restaurants on the island, specializing in Japanese cuisine.

At our restaurant, we have been dedicated to providing authentic Japanese cuisine that is also accepted by the people of Malta for over 10 years, without compromising on quality.

Currently, we are recruiting for a Japanese cuisine chef! The concept of the restaurant is \"sushi, teppanyaki.\"We offer a variety of Japanese dishes, including appetizers, t　empura, sushi, seafood, teppanyaki, miso soup, and soba noodles. We aim to provide authentic Japanese cuisine with high-quality service.

We are now looking for a Head Chef to lead the hot kitchen. In the hot kitchen, you will be responsible for cutting vegetables, preparing meat and fish, and cooking using heat methods such as grilling, boiling, and frying. The Head Chef oversees and manages these tasks.

The kitchen consists of only Japanese staff, with a total of three members. There are also two Japanese hall staff members and one sommelier. Passing through the front entrance, you can enjoy an unforgettable experience.
