<About the restaurant>
・The restaurant is comprised of private dining rooms and a sushi bar counter, and while it seats 50 customers, it provides a spacious atmosphere
・The basic price per person for the Kaiseki course meal runs between 50,000 to 80,000 JPY. All of the ingredients are sourced domestically from within Japan.
・Hours of operation are from the evening until midnight, and it is by reservations-only
・The kitchen has both Japanese and Chinese chefs, and our front of house manager oversees our other floor staff

＜About the position＞
・As our fine dining Kaiseki restaurant is also frequently used for hosting receptions and other such events, we are looking for a chef committed to providing top quality food and service.
・You will work in the kitchen under our head chef.
