Job Description

The Japanese owner and chef opened a small sushi shop in Frankfurt, Germany 30 years ago within a hotel, and it is still popular to this day.
It all began with the desire to provide local German customers with delicious sushi.
Today, the restaurant consists of teppanyaki seating, a sushi counter, and Washoku-style tables.

Currently, they are looking for someone with strength in teppanyaki food preparations.

★Main Job Responsibilities★
 Teppanyaki food preparation, interacting with customers
We offer both sushi and Japanese cuisine, and you will rotate between helping with both. We are looking for somebody who is flexible, as you may be asked to oversee the sushi and Japanese cuisine preparations in the future.

The restaurant owner and his wife are very friendly, and it offers an at-home atmosphere.
