【Job Responsibilities】
Primary responsibilities include sushi-centric cooking and customer service at the open kitchen (sushi counter)
Depending on your capabilities, tasks may involve guiding local staff, various managerial duties, menu development, and participation in business operations.

Annual Salary: $60,000 to $80,000 (First Year)

Requirements

【Required Qualifications】 Minimum 7 years of experience as a Sushi Chef (or a chef proficient in sushi) Necessary for obtaining a U.S. E2 work visa (Consideration may be given for those with less experience) Native proficiency in Japanese Non-smoker 【Preferred Qualifications】 Proficiency in English, at least conversational level Or a strong commitment to actively learn English in the future Strong determination to challenge oneself and achieve success in the United States
