Job Description

This high-class sushi restaurant is an eight minute walk away from Wan Chai Station in Hong Kong.
They offer an omakase menu, and their restaurant seats eight customers.
It's a popular restaurant that offers the finest customer service.
※ Cost per customer: 40,000-50,000 JPY

The restaurant has been opened for about five years.
The Japanese executive head chef is part of the restaurant's name,
and he is looking to hire a new Sushi Chef as he begins to open new
locations that offer authentic sushi and spectacular customer service.

Job Description：
　Cooking at the sushi bar and in the kitchen, preparations, ingredient management, handling inventory, etc.
　
You will first undergo training on-site, and then either at a new location or the current restaurant,
you will work under the head chef making sushi and creating a memorable customer experience.

Requirements

【Skills】 ・Experience: 5 or more years as a sushi chef ・Qualifications：For visa acquisition purposes: holds a chef's license 　　　　 For visa acquisition purposes: can provide proof of past employment ・Language: Japanese/Native Level, Other Languages/Not required ※You don't need to know English at this point, but this is your chance to tackle studying English! You can also use it while you work and practice your speaking skills! 　This is a great opportunity for somebody hoping to hone their English abilities. 【Desired Traits】 ・Values health, takes sushi seriously as an art, strong desire to learn and study, works with sincerity ・You will not be permitted to smoke while on the job 【Other】 If you leave your job within one year of employment, you will need to pay back all of the housing and visa fees that were initially covered by the company. You will need to give one-month's notice, and these amounts will be deducted from your salary.
