Job Description

\"With Heaven above and Suzhou below, in between lies Hangzhou.\" -- expresses the pride of this internationally acclaimed tourist city of Hangzhou.
This fall in Hangzhou, a new restaurant will be opening, and they are looking to hire a new Washoku chef.
The main location has received critical praise as part of a hotel in the three major administrative provinces of China: Jiangsu, Shanghai, and Zhejiang,

They are currently hiring a Washoku chef who will oversee the following:
・Work with the executive head chef (a Taiwanese man with over 20 years of Kaiseki experience); menu development
・Oversee culinary side for existing locations and the new one, analyzing business and planning for further progress
・Cooking and interacting with customers at the counter
・Based on individual experience and skills, you may also be asked to help coordinate performances and events (not guaranteed; based on work performance).

Outline of the Location：
・Two floors: the first floor has counter seating with 4 private rooms (each room seats 4); the second floor has 10 private rooms (they can seat 4, 8, or 10 or more customers)
About the New Location：
・It will be in a popular area in the heart of Hangzhou (Huanglong)
The location is currently going under interior renovations.
It is 260 square meters and seats 50 guests

Hiring Process：
・Resume Screening　→　Video interview on Wechat (Washokujob will act as an interpreter)
　→　The owner will visit Japan, visit your place of work, and have you prepare a test meal for him
Depending on the area, the owner may choose to conduct the interview at Washokujob's Tokyo office
　→　For those who are living outside of Japan now, will be discussed case by case.
