Job Description

This Michelin-Star upscale sushi restaurant is going to open a new location
in a 5-star hotel in Taiwan (11/2019)!

They plan to offer an omakase-course meal that costs 33,000JPY.
They are looking to hire a sushi chef to help get this restaurant off to a good start.

The owner and head chef has 22 years of sushi experience.
After working a long time at a famous sushi restaurant in Ginza, he opened his own sushi restaurant.
With a focus on customer service, it has earned two Michelin Stars.

All ingredients are imported from Japan, allowing them to offer the highest quality of food to their customers in Taipei.
They would like to hire a sushi chef with the same drive and passion for quality!

Job Description
・Prepare sushi for customers at the counter
・General culinary

In the future...
・They plan to open a location in Hong Kong within three years, followed by Shanghai and other cities abroad. This could be your chance to gain lots of experience overseas as a head chef!

Requirements & Notes

Hiring Process：
・Resume Screening (face photo, cooking photos, submission of resume through Washokujob's site)
・1st Round: receive assignment from company, to which you will prepare a culinary video submission
・2nd Round: in-person interview
