【Bangkok・Thailand】Newly Opening・Hiring Omakase Sushi Chef・Restaurant Concept to Enjoy Sake and Sushi

This Omakase Sushi restaurant is set to open in February of 2020.

・Concept: While enjoying delicious sushi, you will be prepared a cocktail that pairs with your meal.
It seats a total of 22 customers: 16 counter seats; 1 private room that seats 6

As the sushi chef, you will have a hand in the restaurant's development from the opening phase.
You will oversee the below duties:
・Making sushi and interacting with customers at the counter (sometimes, you will share a toast of sake with the customers)
・General culinary operations, such as: preparation, cooking, and serving
・Placing wholesale orders
・Menu-development for new concept
・Culinary quality management, quality assurance, sanitation management
・Training of local staff, etc.
